因为工作原因要离开北京，转租在北京的一居室复式。
I'm leaving Beijing for work, so I'm subletting my one-bedroom loft.

这间loft离故宫东华门500米，景山公园和金鱼胡同地铁站一公里，去东四、王府井还有国家大剧院都非常方便。
The loft is 500 meters from the Forbidden City and about 1 km from Jingshan Park and Jinyu Hutong subway station. It's also very convenient for getting to Dongsi, Wangfujing, and the National Centre for the Performing Arts.

一楼地暖全覆盖，我购置的加湿器、取暖器、衣架等家具可以留给下一位租户。
The entire first floor has floor heating. The humidifier, heater, clothes rack, and other furniture I bought can stay for the next tenant.

院内住户很少，外卖快递可直达门口。
The compound has very few residents, and takeout and packages are delivered right to your door.

我会在六月中旬离开，租约八月份到期，到期可以续约。
I will leave in mid-June. The current lease runs until August and can be renewed after that.

长租和短租都可以。租金7800/月，转租期内租金可以视情况在原来的租约基础上调整。
Both long-term and short-term rentals are welcome. The rent is 7,800 RMB/month, and during the sublet period it can be adjusted from the original lease terms depending on the situation.
