“Curious, Crazy, Conservative.”
Serge and his friends
We met Serge on a cold saturday, he was still crazily busy for the upcoming pitch. He moved with his parents from Moscow in 1996 and his curiosity has never been faded during 24 years living in Beijing.
As a strategy director in an advertising agency, he has a sharp eye for everything around him. he can always find some inspirations from the city.
The view of CBD area
“CBD is awesome! ”
Serge has been living in the CBD neibourhood for 5 years. He loves vibrant, urban and dynamic atmosphere of this area. Serge mentioned that living in Sanlitun could be too noisy and crowded.
The view of second floor (a social hub)
For the area he lives, there is a river where you can run around in the morning. It only takes one stop to Guomao, and it's also the most convenient place to live.
Serge is planning to live in this perfect apartment for a long time as it's the most reasonable choice due to the crazy housing price in Beijing. After turning 30, the word “conservative” becomes a new motto for this "used-to-be-crazy" man.
“My apartment is a school,
it’s a social hub.”
The view of the big terrace
This apartment is a spacious loft with an amazing private rooftop. Serge said that all of his close friends are in love with this apartment and it's always open for the new friends.
The current roommate is the University professor who majored in sociology. “We have a lot of cool conversations together” he said. They enjoy drinks, parties, dinners, lectures and so on. The second floor will always stand by for all kinds of social events.
Home sweet home
All of Serge's tenants were from Wellcee and currently the second bedroom is looking for its new owner. He believes that Wellcee offers a detailed way of describing who you are, which can help people find their ideal tenant easier and faster.
“This house is always open for new tenant!”
