若我方合理认为客户未遵守本使用条款的任何规定和/或我方认为客户账户遭未经授权或欺诈性使用,我方有权随时禁用客户所选择或我方所分配的任何用户代码或密码。若相关法律有要求,我方将发出禁用通知。

若客户知悉或怀疑客户之外的其他人士掌握客户用户识别码或密码,应立即通过help@Wellcee.com 通知我方。收到通知后,我方可能要求客户开设一个新的账户,并设定新的识别码和/或密码。

5. 我方网站用户之间的协议

我方网站允许房屋业主和管理方(“广告商”)刊登针对潜在租客的房屋广告。

我方并不拥有、管理或承包在我方网站上挂牌的任何租赁房屋,亦不作为广告商与客户所签任何协议的当事方。房客与房东之间的交易在所有方面(包括但不限于广告房屋的质量、条件、安全性或合法性及用户的交易资质)均应由用户全权负责。

我方会要求房东/房客提交的资料是真实的,但我方不对任何房客和或房东的资料真实性负责。

我方鼓励用户采取一切必要措施与房客/房东(具体视情况而定)直接沟通,以明确对方身份及房屋和任何租赁协议详情。

6. 不依赖相关信息

租约签订双方是房客和房东。如果出现需要更改或取消合约的情况,请在平台上进行相关操作,退还租房订金。如有任何疑问请联系唯心所寓 help@wellcee.com 。

7. 知识产权

我们是网站及网站上所有内容知识产权的所有者或持有人。这些内容受全球版权法和条约(以及/或者类似知识产权法)的保护。所有类似权利都归我们所有。

Our Sites allow property owners and managers to advertise their properties (each, an "Advertiser") to potential leaseholders (each, a "Student").

We do not own or manage, nor do we contract for, any rental property listed on our Sites. We will not be a party to any agreement between users. All aspects of a transaction between a leaseholder and a landlord, including (but not limited to) the quality, condition, safety or legality of the properties advertised and the ability of a user to enter into a transaction are solely the responsibility of each user.

We demand both the leaseholder and the landlord to submit the authenticable identification information. We do not have any responsibility for the confirmation of a leaseholder and/or landlord's identity. We encourage users to take all such steps as necessary to communicate directly with each other (as applicable) to assure yourself of the other person's identity, details of the property and any tenancy agreement.

6. Changes and cancellation

Any tenancy agreement entered will be between a leaseholder and alandlord. In the event that you need to change or cancel your agreement, please take certain measure on the platform and the system will refund the right amount of deposit according to the rules. 7. Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Sites, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties (and/or similar intellectual property laws, as relevant) around the world. All such rights are reserved.
