房东直租，亮马桥地铁站附近（启皓北京附近）两居室的主卧合租，主卧带阳台，晾衣服方便，我把主卧布局隔开了，一个人的居住空间大概有6平，整个主卧面积20平左右，基本互不影响，阳台可以晾衣服。2200一个月，押一付三，水电全包价，隔周有保洁打扫一次。没有任何其他费用。（洗手液、手纸啥的你也都不用买，都有） 

因为是我自己家，一直自住比较爱惜，所以希望新室友最好不做饭，厨房不作为公共空间出租使用，但是可以使用微波炉，烧水壶，碧然德的滤水壶（滤芯也是我负责更换）

 如图，这个大方椅子后面的空间就是你的了~还可以吧~床是上下铺子母床，只找一个女室友，上铺你可以放点东西啥的。次卧也只有一个姑娘。很安静。 

（因为有的朋友问了，解释一下，我就是房东~主卧合租就是和我一起住~次卧有一个安静的小姐姐在住~这下什么东西坏了都有人管了~哪不满意也请直接说~）
