Hello, I’m subletting my room in our amazing, huge apartment close to the Worker’s Stadium. The room available is a quiet and spacious bedroom. There is plenty of storage space, and great nature views. The apartment is large, well-furnished and has wooden floors throughout. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. It has separate kitchen, dining and living room areas. It is situated on the third floor in a quiet community with 24-hour security and safe places to store scooters and e-bikes. The kitchen is well-equipped and the washing machine has hot water. The roommates are two for now. They’re both very friendly and easygoing. Rent (4850rmb) needs to be paid three month quarterly to the landlady, and there is 1 month deposit (4500rmb). There are no agency fees. An Ayi comes to the apartment each week to clean. The apartment is in a great area with access to both Line 10 & 2 (around 10 minutes away). The room will be available from 21 June.
