Wellcee的小伙伴们,夏天终于来了,赶快动起来吧~ 不管你是为了健康,为了减肥,亦或是为了发现一个更好的自己~ 让我们一起相约慢跑吧~ Dear Wellcee friends, summer is coming, let's go out for jogging now~ whether you are looking for health,to lose weight,or to find a better self~ 身边的一个朋友四年前是一位患有糖尿病的胖子,连跑一公里都做不到。然而四年过去了,他已经完成了8个马拉松,还有好多次的铁人三项。 重点是,他现在已经50岁了! One of my friends was a fat man with diabetes four years ago.He couldn't even run one kilometer. However,four years have passed,he has completed 8 marathons, and also many triathlons. I generally like to run in chaoyang Park every Saturday morning or off work,if you like, join me~
