身边的一个朋友四年前是一位患有糖尿病的胖子,连跑一公里都做不到。然而四年过去了,他已经完成了8个马拉松,还有好多次的铁人三项。
重点是,他现在已经50岁了!
 One of my friends was a fat man with diabetes four years ago.He couldn't even run one kilometer. However,four years have passed,he has completed 8 marathons, and also many triathlons.
The point is that he is now 50 years old!

看,只要想开始,每一天都不晚~

“今天不想跑,所以才去跑,这才是长跑者的思维!”
我们要做的就是:穿上跑鞋,推开门,出发!

有兴趣的小伙伴可以相约到朝阳公园,奥森一起跑步,从5km慢跑开始~
我一般喜欢每周六早晨或者晚上下班朝阳公园西门跑步,有兴趣可以一起呀~
We can go to the chaoyang Park or the Olympic forest Park together, start from 5km jogging~ if you are interested.
I generally like to run in chaoyang Park every Saturday morning or off work,if you like, join me~
