Looking for housing and pool/hiking/beach/sports buddies. From 12-9 untill 11-10

Hello everybody,

I'm in Shenzen right now and will be staying from 12-9 untill 11-10. I'm a guy, 27 years old from The Netherlands. I will be staying for business and have stayed in Shenzhen before so know my way arround a bit. I usually come to Shenzen 2 times a year (both times 1 month) in April and in September. Now I make this post looking for 2 things:

1.Housing, I would like to stay arround the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. Max. +/- 15-20 minutes walking to there. If anybody knows or has a nice shared appartment let me know. I'm ok to share kitchen and bathroom :) Budget for 1 month is preferably arround 2500RMB.

2.Some friends to hang out with, I like to play pool, go hiking and would love to visit the beach so if anybody likes that kind of stuff you can message me. Cooking and other sports and active stuff is cool as well.
