Remember to walk in nature

I’ve started meditating and I’ve been walking in nature every morning downstairs from my building complex and I really start to feel a lot better. I think being in nature and looking at how wonderful it is it’s really important in my apartment I have so many plants everywhere they’re like my little friends. All these things lead to a better life and I just want to remind everybody today to take a minute and yeah I get some plants the walk-in plants be around plants super healthy. In my building complex we have a whole pond and trees and this area where people do tai chi in the mornings - it’s really beautiful. It makes all the difference for a good quality of life.
