Hi, I am currently working at the Cultural Forum of the Austrian Embassy and do lots of own projects involving creative work. Subletting my flatmate's room from January 10 - February 14 while he's on holidays. I'd prefer a lease for the entire month but day/ weekly rates can be discussed. I have a cat called Pepper.

Description
The flat is in an apartment building inside the Hutongs, close to Beiluoguxiang, Andingmen, Jiaodaokou and Gulou. There is a shared living area with a bar table when you enter the flat and a bathroom to your right (glass shower). Both bathroom and the small kitchen (gas stove with two flames) have hot water, so does the washing machine. Heating is electric so it can be turned on any time. Both bedrooms have air condition and are equipped with a bed, a wardrobe and shelves/ storage. I take care of recharging water, gas and the internet has just been renewed. Both rooms are bright, I am happy to share the balcony. The apartment will be available from January 17 - February 14th 2020.
