About the apartment: This is a large 105sqm two-bedroom apartment in Tuanjiehu; it's walking distance to both Sanlitun and Chaoyang Park, and is near 4 different subway stations, including Line 10, Line 6, and Line 14. Great if you happen to work in the CBD area - Also, lots of nearby shops, stores, coffee places, Western/Chinese supermarkets, parks, banks, gyms, and more all just a few minutes away. Delivery options nearby are also quite good if you're into using MeiTuan or other food delivery apps. This is a gated community (with elevator); and quite a peaceful area. This is a furnished apartment, including a full kitchen, Bathroom with an actual large bathtub, 24 hour central heating (we can turn it on whenever we want), 24 hour hot water, broadband internet, and of course furniture. I've lived at this place for 7 years - it's a great apartment and living community. About the room for rent: has a very big built in closet, includes a small desk, queen-sized bed, clothing rack and is decently large. Living room includes a TV with access to western channels; and of course there is a dining table, chairs, bookshelf, and a spare closet. I own a PS5 as well if you're into gaming. I'm looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and generally easy-going. I'm a 35 year old American who has lived here in Beijing about 10 years and knows the city pretty well. The Rent is 4000 per month; it's paid every 3 months; and there would be a 1 month deposit; which is pretty common for most apartments in Beijing
