Hello Everyone! We’re looking for a housemate to join our lovely spacious apartment near Sanlitun. There is 1 large bedroom available with a shared bathroom in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The neighborhood is great and walking distance to April Gourmet, Tailkooli, and other restaurants and bars. We’re about a 10-15min walk to Dongsishitiao subway station. Rent is 5500 a month, plus utilities, and we have an Ayi who comes every week. The available room has a king size bed and plenty of closet space. About us: Two young professionals in management. We’re pleasant, polite, clean, responsible, and fun. We also play sports and enjoy going out. Male and female housemates welcome.
