 ★优点：是王府正房，基本结构保存完好（不是那种后期搭建的普通平房），有暖气（是院里有专属的锅炉房，很暖很便宜，不是那种储热电暖），排水通畅（下雨上厕所都不用担心），墙壁很厚，房高有3.8米，冬暖夏凉，有庭院，而且安静整洁，没有虫鼠。

★缺点：卧室较窄（图片里的床是1.2米宽的），且采光一般；无法提供派出所登记所需要的文件（所以谢绝外国小伙伴，抱歉抱歉啦）

This bungalow is at the end of a large courtyard, which is around 200-300m deep from front gate. The courtyard is located in a classical Beijing Hutong in downtown. Historically, it was owned by a prince in Qianlong Dynasty, after he died, several famous people lived here as well. Today, there are dozens of separated houses in the courtyard from which style and features we can still get a glimpse of the traditional beauty. 

Room type: Bungalow, with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and shared outside space, suitable for 1-2 people

Furniture: Air conditioner, heating, refrigerator, microwave, double oven induction cooker, washer, water heater, dining table, chair, wardrobe, bed, mattress, safe box, TV cabinet, curtains, etc. (Other stuffs can be furnished according to actual needs, existing ones can be changed as well. )

Facilities: Undergrounds, schools, office areas, attractions, famous old restaurants/snack shops, bars, convenience stores, supermarkets, etc.

︎Payment: Three months rent, one month deposit. No agency fee. Payment required on the first of each three months. Water, electricity, internet, heating (around 600-800rmb/year) and property management (7rmb/month) fees are not included.

Viewable/Check-in time: Anytime, but not in earlymorning

★ I HOPE YOU: can enjoy and respect the Beijing Hutong culture, love small animals (there are some stray cats in the courtyard), care for the environment, keep quiet and clean.

★ I HOPE YOU ARE NOT: party animal. No home party. Please don’t make too complicated or heavy smoked dishes (there is no ventilator in kitchen), or do other things that affect other residents (the neighbours are mostly elder people) and the environment.
