Hi! I'm in the second year of my Masters at PKU (Yenching Academy) and am looking for a short term sublet (July 4-21) for the second bedroom in my Wudaoying Hutong (Yonghegong/Andingmen) apartment. FYI The bed expands into a double bed (trundle), so you can decide if you want more bed space or more floor space. Rent is 150/night. The full lease is up for renewal July 21 and open if you want to take it over!

The room gets lots of sunlight and is on the opposite side of the apartment, so plenty of privacy as well. There is a cozy living room with couch, chairs, rug, etc. that's nice for hosting, a workable kitchen, and a bathroom with washer. It's barely 2 minutes walk to Wudaoying hutong (tons of cafes and restaurants), as well as a short walk to Gulou bars, Cafe Zarah, etc. Yonghegong Lama Temple Metro Station is a 7-10 minute walk. 

One bedroom is available July 4-21 (150/night).

The full apartment is available starting July 21 if you want to take over the lease (8000month).
