Hi there, I’m subletting a spacious bedroom with a lot of sunshine in a 3 bedroom apartment near Taiyanggong/ Shaoyaoju station.

The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, night stand, closet, sofa & coffee table and a TV. You will be sharing a bathroom and the kitchen with the other two roommates. They are very friendly and respectful girls: one of them is from Singapore and the other girl is from Rassia. 

The apartment is very convenient within 10 minutes’ walk to Shaoyaoju station of line  10&13, grocery stores, shopping malls and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet at night. I never had any problem living here.
