房子位于回龙观地区，8号线平西府地铁站地铁口，公园悦府小区。北部地区基本上在一小时左右都可到达，附近很多在西二旗，中关村工作的人。这是一个高端新小区，治安和环境超级棒，有单独的公园，内有公用免费的篮球羽毛球足球等运动场地，还可以荡秋千，并且楼下人车分离，有跑道，散步跑步都很好，出小区就是地铁站。
房子是我自己整租的，正规两居室，没有隔断，绝对的干净和安静。我也简单布置了一下客厅，在客厅茶几处放个地毯，买了个43寸的电视，还有其他的装饰我们可以一起商量。还有，我买了一个麻将机，闲时搓搓麻将也很有趣呀！
目前状况是我们一对情侣住一个卧室，想找一个靠谱的室友住另外一间。另一间卧室带一个小阳台，两卧室大小差不多，都朝北向。我们都是爱干净的人，卫生绝对不是问题，平时没事的时候我就会收拾一下。我们在家会经常的做饭，大家在一起就是朋友，只要你不介意可以一起购物一起吃，出门在外住同一屋檐下就是一家人。
