Looking for someone to take over an ensuite room in a spacious apartment. We're a ten-minute walk from Andingmen and Lama Temple subway stations, and one lane down from Wudaoying Hutong.

Ensuite bedroom comes with a queen bed (picture with bed with grey bedspread) and the bathroom is furnished with a steel rack and a trolley (picture of bathroom with marble-style tiles). Our kitchen comes with an oven 🎉 

A smaller bedroom with a single bed is also available with access to the shared bathroom in the hall. Rent for the smaller room is 3897RMB/month.

We're currently not in China so the move-in time is flexible. There's also NO agent's fee as we're renting from our landlady directly. Lease for the apartment ends Oct 2.
