房子（两居室7100）我们住的第二年了，现在是我们和房东直接签的，每间3550，不会有中介费用。水电平摊，其他的目前都是房东负责。房东性格很好，从来没有找过麻烦，当然我们也很nice，没有出过问题。
性别要求：女性，可以一人住也可以和朋友来合租
个人因工作原因离开北京，现发布转租，房间很大，15平，有2个床（一间单人床，一间稍大一些，建议最好是朋友一起合租，非常实惠）
另一间卧室住了2位女生，性格很好，好相处，只要不是特别怪的性格，应该都是能够和谐的一起居住的，我们房间的关系特别融洽呢
地点交通：
小区在3环旁边（公交车很方便，也快），离三元桥，工体，安贞桥都很近（自行车20分钟），个人之前工作在中关村，通勤时间45分钟，近光熙门和柳芳地铁站（走路10分钟）
生活设施：
小区门口对面有生活商超，爱琴海购物中心走路15分钟能到，另一个小区门不远是朝阳百货超市，走路5分钟不到。运动的话，可以去北京化工大学（自行车20分钟）
房间设施：
2间床，书桌2个，小桌子2个（可以放一些杂物），有空调，客厅冰箱，洗衣机都是公用。厨房也是可以直接使用的，厨具餐具齐全。
