主卧有20平米左右，阳台有8平米左右，主卧放的两张床，适合闺蜜同居

主卧有带电视，是网络电视，主卧有一个8平米的大阳台，储物空间很大，而且阳台可以搭一个茶台，平时可以在太阳下看看书、喝喝茶，小区很安静，阳台也很安静，没有临主街道，是在小区里面

次卧是一对小情侣，都是正规上班族，不做饭

小区离地铁太阳宫和三元桥都很近，走路差不多十分钟左右，小区出门就是曙光里公交站132路/467路/515路536路/966路/985路，而且这里离望京特别近特别方便
在这里住了一年半的时间，因为个人工作变动的原因现在转租，房子是到明年的5月份到期，到期之后可续租

小区治安特别安全，周边都是居民住户，离三元桥家乐福超市、太阳宫凯德MALL、宜家家居、凤凰汇特别近，还有太阳宫公园（适合跑步、晨练的小伙伴）购物、居家、生活、休闲娱乐设施
