Don’t worry, if you don’t speak Chinese (I don’t) your smartphone will help you with basic communication and the daughter speaks good English. You have your own private room but you share the bathroom and the living room. Another room is currently occupied by another international student! 

I’m John, a Belgian exchange student and I’m looking for someone to take over this place! I think it is a great way to know better China as you live in a genuine environment! Also, if you want to save some money around Wudaokou, which the place to be but quite expensive, it is the cheapest way to have something good! (Trust me, I have looked a long time before finding this nice place).
