It’s 5 mins walking distance from Ritan Park and Utown mall,  minutes away from lovely food street with Annies, two Turkish restaurants, a hotpot place, Indian food and even a North Korean eatery. We are an Indian-Sri Lankan couple with a 1 year old baby (easy going, doesn’t cry) and want to rent our spare bedroom.

Room includes a TV and an air purifier (AQI in the house is less than 15 all the time). Bathroom is spacious with a tub. We have an ayi to clean the common areas and a fully-equipped kitchen. Open to short term rentals.
