There are plenty of shared bicycles, public buses and subways here, which help you commute/go far.

The toilet here is clean and flushes well. You should be careful about toilet in Beijing. A friend of mine is suffering from his toilet which doesn't flush his whole excrement well and for which a rubber cup doesn't work because of a square shape of toilet. He breaks his excrement into pieces with a chopstick every time...

This flat was used by many internship foreign students, and the landlord prefers to lease to foreign students.
