房子当初是和朋友从房东手里整租下来的，还有一年半的合同，现在朋友决定回老家发展所以决定转让。
这间主卧有个大衣柜和床头柜，还有空调挂烫机等，朝南，阳光很充足。阳台有三层柜子，可以收纳很多东西。
图5是次卧，我在住的，有空调，写字桌和衣柜。
客厅有沙发，茶几，餐桌和冰箱。
厨房柜子，油烟机，煤气，热水该有的都有。
我们是自己人合租，都很爱惜房子，每周定期打扫卫生清理油烟机。
周边环境也很好，出小区门5分钟就是地铁站，四号线黄村西里社区，对面有小超市有卖菜的，可以满足生活需要。大型市场和超市出门15分钟就有，反正我觉得生活挺便利的。
