I found a 2 bedrooms apt located in between Liangmaqiao and Dongzhimen station, 8 mints walk to Arrow Factory. It’s not a fancy new building but it’s on 9th floor with nice daylight (The master bedroom is big and with 2 sides of windows, very nice night views too!) The most important thing is, it’s CHEAP in this area. The rent has to be paid seasonal and 1 month deposit. The rent Includes WIFI, heating, security fee already, and any equipment in the house will be fixed for free if there’s any problem! plz let me know if u are interested! 😉🌹 个人整租的两居室，誠徵室友，要把主臥出租出去（原本跟我一起住的朋友因为工作原因无法再租了），非职业二房东喔。地点在新源西里中街，9層有電梯，主臥朝南，日照充足风景不错, 南面跟西面都有大窗戶，夜景很漂亮，空間很大(16平方米）🎐！虽然不是什么新式的公寓，但是安全安靜。有個小小的客廳空間，我已經佈置好了。這房在這區域真的算非常便宜了，主臥3650，压1付3，WiFi、保全、供暖跟整年任何的维修费用都包含了😊。 女性优先，希望租的人是一个人居住，男性的话安静整洁也考虑。 这个地方生活便利，交通方便，去亮马桥、三元桥、三里屯、东直门都非常近，基本上挨着亮马河跟渔阳饭店。 有興趣跟我當室友，或是你有任何朋友目前想要找新地方的，还请立即联系我哦!! 😉🤟🏻
