整个房间30平，比较大，有落地窗，采光比较好，室友也比较爱生活，爱干净，可以养宠物但是最好不要惊扰其他室友。小区有7-11、超市、健身房……
位置：地铁八通线传媒大学站
走几步就到小区了上下班也是特别方便
本人因月底要离开北京，故转租此房，可以随时看房喔！
