小区叫满庭芳嘉园，在顺义15号线花梨坎地铁站附近，步行到地铁站10分钟。因为工作原因房子需要转租出去，我的房间打扫的很干净，进屋要脱鞋。冬天暖气很暖和。房间大概一共有18平米，被分隔成两个部分，里面我当做起居室。外面的用来放衣柜、晾衣服、办公等。房子是3家合租，一个卫生间，卫生间很大，厨房也不小。另外的租户都是程序员，人很好。小区步行到花梨坎地铁站只要10分钟，周边餐馆很多，外卖种类也很丰富，小区里面也有个健身房价格也挺便宜。小区出来往西步行几百米就是中粮祥云小镇，购物什么的超级方便。工作在望京附近的小伙伴非常适合。民水民电，房东包了暖气费和物业费，网费也是用到明年7月，感兴趣的小伙伴可以联系我哦。
价格1900每月，押一付三。除了分摊的水电气，没有其他费用了
