Hey guys, we are looking for a roommate in our lovely apartment, preferably for a long term.

This room will be available by the end of April. The contract ends in March 2024. The rent is paid every 3 months, and two-month deposit. No agency fee.

It's a 3 bedroom duplex apartment and the available bedroom is on the 1st floor. The room is the sunniest room in the whole apartment. We share our house utility fees and the cleaning lady (ayi) for 300rmb-350rmb a month/each person, the internet fee is 100 kuai/month. We have 2 bathrooms, the small one (no shower) on the first floor and the bigger one is upstairs (shower).

We have a well behaved friendly cat, we hope you don't have allergies and a cat lover too. 

The location is super convenient, we have a small park right next to our building, gym 5min walking distance, russian, french stores, veggie market is nearby. Subway line 2,5,13 and airport express is in a walking distance and a lot, a lot, a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. PM me if you want to come and see the place!
