虽然是个老小区，但因为是单位分配房，整体而言很干净，管理有素，居民素质也很高，必须都很客气。房东也很负责任，如果有问题，阿姨都会第一时间帮着解决问题。房间热水来得很快，基本打开开关就热了，而且水量很大，用得很顺手。

周边交通便利，购物（富力广场、合生汇、乐成中心）、娱乐（国贸系酒吧KTV）、餐饮（从火锅烧烤到日料西餐，各种口味都有很多选择）都很方便，很适合附近工作的年轻人。
