我处女座一枚，对卫生的细节，连床下都不放过。在我的精心呵护下，比原貌更加温馨美丽。公寓坐标华元欢乐城，楼下即是南苑地铁站，可不上地面从地铁层直接进入公寓，不受日晒风吹雨淋。

十分喜爱这独居小屋，但工作原因要离开杭州，需将它转租出去。由于租得早，我的租金算是比较低的，别的租客基本都到2100左右。低于我这个价格的很少，网上低价都是中介吸引人。房租是押一付一，可短租，无中介费，安心靠谱。（那种给你优惠，需一次性付半年或一年房租的，慎重！）

另，说下不建议跃层的理由：跃层一般空间很低，经常撞到头，需要弯腰，对腰很不好。二是做卫生得跑上跑下，相当麻烦。所以跃层好看，但空间不高的慎租。
