The property is located in the core business district of Beijing, close to Indigo Port, a 5-minute walk to large shopping malls, Indigo Port and No. 14 subway Jiangtai Station.  The rented room is a second bedroom with three bedrooms and one living room, two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a separate bathroom, and the two second bedrooms share one.  The room is shining in the sun, with two roommates, one Canadian and one Englishman. They are very nice and friendly.  Due to personal reasons, I plan to live on my own. The room contract is signed at the end of the year and expires in March next year. You can negotiate with the landlord to renew or cancel the reservation. I already found a new place, so you can move in anytime you want.

房源位置地处北京核心商圈，紧邻颐堤港，5分钟步行可达大型商超、颐堤港还有14号地铁将台站。出租房间为三室一厅中的次卧，两个卫生间，主卧独立卫生间，两个次卧共用一个。房间朝阳方向阳光普照，室友两枚，一个加拿大人一个英国人，很好相处且友善。由于个人原因打算自己个人住，房间合同于年底签订，明年3月到期，可以与房东协商续租或退订。
ps：由于我已经找到了新的地方，房间随时可入住，本月剩下几天我已经支付了。
