因为换城市工作，现转出去。三居室，住了4个人，全是女生，我这个屋子20平左右大概，有落地窗，阳光挺好的，目前我和一个小姐姐一起住，我换了工作，通勤时间长打算搬走，找一个不介意一起住的女生。

❤️ 【房租】 

开始租房的时间是从1月22日哈！ 和房东直接签的，没中介其他费用，房租2400【每个人1200/月】，我签到了21年3月25，正好2年，到期直接续约就可，不会涨房租。 其他：只有水电费平摊，网费目前还有，到期一起买平摊。小区环境管理都挺好的，出门就公交，很方便。
