转租原因：因为工作原因需要年前搬去其他地方，但是这个大单间的合同要到4月份，因此转租

单间价格：900元 网费60～200自选 水5元 电1.5元，无其他费用，押二付一（这些都能和房东大姐聊，人很好说话），每个月基本房租水电网费开销就在1000～1100上下波动。

地理位置：科韵路和中山大道的交界十字路口旁，走去学院brt仅3分钟，不用走进巷子里面，路口进去几米就到了，如果在信息港上班，不行5分钟就到了，详细位置可以看下面的图。

房间情况：很大的单间，情侣住没什么问题，楼层是5楼，顶楼，走出去阳台可以晒被子塞衣服，四周没有高楼遮挡，白天光线很足，不用开灯。房子结构是房间+卫生间厨房阳台（连在一起）。

配套设施：空调，洗衣机，电热水器，衣柜，电脑桌，书桌，凳子。我自己买的大衣架，实木懒人桌，懒人椅会留下来，不想要可以扔掉。

可提供福利：2月前入住免1月份房租+2月份半个月的房租。
