如果你想短租，我们会准备好你需要的一切，你就只需要拎包入住！冰箱洗衣机烤箱微波炉锅碗瓢盆及所有调料全部都有，包水电网，但价格就会再高一些，3800/月。

Hi, here is Lulu, I’m an interior designer, we want to find a tidy and considerate roommate for our 3brs flat. It is a rental for at least 3 months，But we really looking forward to meeting an interesting friend！We have a very cute cat，we believe you will like it！

3650 is for long term rent, we share the facility fee (around 100/month)
For short time rent is 3800 including everything.

It located at tuanjiehu north street, 10 mins to line 10 Hujialou Station. 10 mins bike to Sanlitun. A lot of restaurants, foods and fruits shops downstairs,  a supermarket quite nearby as well. 
Your room is 10 square meters (quite bright in the day)with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
