The apartment is spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. 

The location is 中山公园 （Zhongshan Park) close to metro (Line 2,3,4) malls, shops, gym, tennis courts and a swimming pool. 

The housemates are two professional ladies in their 30s. They are both very polite and laid back. 

The room is available from July 2026, when I am moving to Shenzhen.
