Ⅰ “Curious, Crazy, Conservative.”

“CBD is awesome! ”
Serge has been living in the CBD neibourhood for 5 years. He loves vibrant, urban and dynamic atmosphere of this area. Serge mentioned that living in Sanlitun could be too noisy and crowded.
The view of second floor (a social hub)
For the area he lives, there is a river where you can run around in the morning. It only takes one stop to Guomao, and it's also the most convenient place to live.
Serge is planning to live in this perfect apartment for a long time as it's the most reasonable choice due to the crazy housing price in Beijing. After turning 30, the word “conservative” becomes a new motto for this "used-to-be-crazy" man.
II “My apartment is a school, it’s a social hub.”
