Unfortunately I have to leave the beautiful city of Shanghai to go back to my home country. So I am looking for someone to take over my nice and clean room in Jing'an! Room will already be paid for in the month of July meaning you can live HALF MONTH FOR FREE

- Available from: 15/16th of July (negotiable)
- Located at: 123 Yanping Rd at the Popular Sanhe Garden (crossing of Yanping Rd/Wuding Rd).
- 8 Minute walk to metro station: Jing'an temple (city center of Shanghai) with Line 2 and Line 7. Or a 5 minute walk to Line 7 on Changping Road.
- Rent is 3550 RMB per month, paid monthly. 1.5 month deposit and one time agency fee when you sign the contract (negotionable). fast Internet is included.
- Located on the 3rd floor, meaning that you never have to wait for the elevator.
- International flat with 4 other nice and clean roommates whom are all working professionals in Shanghai. The apartment is very clean and we have an ayi coming once per week.
- We have a washing machine (that actually washes with hot water) and a dryer.
- Fully equipped kitchen where you can cook.

About the Room:
- Fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair and AC/Heater
- Big build in closet space!! Perfect if you have a lot clothes (like me) or to store other stuff e.g. suitcases, books etc.
- Since I won't be able to take all of my stuff you can take over my: pillows, blanket, water kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and clothing hangers for FREE.
- I also have some cute lights as decoration on the bed, if you want to you can also keep for FREE.

About the Area:
- Yanping road / Wuding road is one of the most popular streets when it comes to meet up with friends for drinks and dinner.
- Next to the compound there is: Bar Centrale (italian pasta and pizza), Fat Cow (American burgers), Hunter Gatherer, Sushi'O, Revolucion (latin bar/club), EQ Nordic Eatery (scandinavian food), Funka Del Sur (tapas and drink), Malabar (tapas), Hotpot, Domino's pizza, Barbarian (cocktails), Wagas, 7/11, Family Mart and many more local restaurants.
- Within 10 min walking there are at least 4 different gyms.
- Big supermarket across the compound
