Hey guys! I'm looking for someone to co-rent this brilliant hutong house with me. The location is great. If you walk through the west side of the hutong you reach the forbidden city. You can go for a night jog around the rivers whenever you want. Walking through the other side of the hutong you reach Wang fu Jing where you can find cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping malls. This Hutong is probably the best I've seen. it's clean, well-maintained. Used to be the residence of the Regent who builds the Qing dynasty(the name is Dorgon). Our place (picture 5-6) shares the yard with several other older Beijingers. We have our own table and chairs in the yard and sharing the green plants and trees(pic 4). We will be sharing one small living room (pic 2-3), a kitchen, and a toilet on the first floor. And two rooms upstairs. I will be taking the room with a terrace. And your room will be the one you see on pic 6, the room has got big nice windows facing the east. You will be waking up with the morning sunlight. We will be signing the contract with the landlord directly hence no agent fee. 1month deposit + paying every 3 months. One year contract and renewing every year. Shared utility and internet fees Shared heating fee (3k every winter). The place is available anytime now. The previous ternent has just moved out today (31st May) 大家好！最近看了很多房，只有这套两房一厅的复式合心意，现寻找一个合租室友住另一间卧室。 房子的位置很好。 穿过胡同的西侧，就能到达故宫。晚上沿着护城河吹风散步跑步。 胡同的另一端出去就是王府中环，咖啡馆，超市，各式餐厅和王府井购物中心。王府井大街可能还是比较热闹，我个人最喜欢的还是王府中环这边的一大片绿草地广场与喷泉，休息野餐挺惬意。（图8） 这个胡同可能是我见过的最好的。干净，维护良好。 边上就是普渡寺，原来是清朝开朝摄政王多尔衮的居所，再之前是明朝太子的住所。 门口有两个小可爱。院子大门（图7） 与其他几名老住户共用一个院子。我们在院子里有自己的桌子和椅子，两棵玉兰树，葡萄架，花草众多。院子里的绿意与清净（图5） 房子格局从图6就能了解。我们将在一楼共享一个小客厅，一个厨房和一个厕所。楼上有两个房间大小差不多。我的房间会是带露台的那个。你的房间将是这张图的二楼，落地窗，窗户前没有遮挡，朝东，每天可以在早晨的阳光下醒来。 大门进来就是我们的房子，院子里有桌椅，可以在这里喝咖啡喝酒，甚至烧烤，想要自己种点花草也挺好。 一楼客厅，客厅不大 采光也很好 厨房卫生间照片暂时没有，我去看房的时候也都不是非常大，但是都转得开身，两个人用没有问题，洗衣机电磁炉空调电视机都是有的。 我们将直接与房东签订合同，因此无需支付中介费。 押一付三。 只长租，一年合同，每年续约。 水电和互联网均摊 自采暖，暖气费两个人一起付（问了一下上一个租客，一整年冬天整屋2-3k，人均一千多吧）。 今天原先住的小姐姐在我写这篇介绍的这天退房了（5.31），确定租的话最好尽早就能决定，希望没有其他人抢在我们前头吧。我自己最好就是6月中下旬搬家。你的话看自己的情况。 关于我： 不太会写自我介绍，女孩一人住，摄影师，对视觉的东西比较在意，爱干净，好相处，会做一些简单吃的，很多时候在出差，可以的话出差的时候帮我去露台浇浇花。 关于你： 希望你人品好，有礼貌互相尊重不打扰。其次就是爱干净，公共区域用完可以马上打扫。只希望和一个人合租。 感兴趣的私信我。谢谢你的时间。
