Key facts: • Hong Ku district • 32nd Floor • 120m² • 3 Bedrooms (AC in every room) • 2 Bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub) • Kitchen with large fridge and washing machine • Huge open living room with TV and great view • Spacious rooftop with amazing skyline view • Available from February 1st • Total monthly rent: 12500RMB (~1600€) or 3900 for the 2 smaller rooms and 4700 for the bigger room with own bathroom Every bedroom ist fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a desk with drawers and chair as well as a big wardrobe with plenty of storage room, an aircondition and windows with nice view of Shanghai. The kitchen has everything you need plus a two-in-one washing machine (wash + dry), a big fridge with deepfreezer and a microwave. The spacious dining / living room is the heart of the apartment with a table sitting 6 persons, a comfy sofa, a TV and a drinking water dispenser. The AC is very powerful and will cool you down in the summer months and makes it nicely warm in colder times. In addition to that we will offer you two inflatable guest beds for visitors as well as a high quality airpurifier so you will never have to worry about smog in Shanghai. Both bathrooms are fully equipped, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. One bedroom, the master bedroom (4700RMB ~ 600€), is a little bigger and has its private bathroom. Both other bedrooms are ver similar in size and are each 3900RMB ~ 500€. The contact person of our landlord is very helpful, friendly and always reachable. She helped us with all necessary steps when you first arrive in Shanghai. We are three friends from Austria and had the best time in this place in Shanghai. Our universities (Tongji and Fudan) were reached easily and fast and too get to the centre and to nightlife places is very convenient. Taxis in Shanghai are very cheap and you will find free bikes everywhere. We found a bunch of nice restaurant ranging from cheap but very good Chinese cuisine to medium priced asian and international restaurants just around the corner. A new shopping mall with lots of stores, a cinema, gym, hair saloon, ATM and much more is just across the street. We enjoyed the location of our apartment to the fullest, we did not miss anything around us and our rooftop on the 40th floor is one of best views all over Shanghai.
