Join experienced instructors Andrew and Malgo for safe, structured, and supportive instruction in the joyful practice of AcroYoga. This all-levels class is designed to be welcoming and inclusive to beginners and experienced practitioners alike, offering hands-on support for mastering the fundamentals as well as skills-based techniques and sequences with suggested variations that will challenge intermediate-level acro-yogis to their edge (for example: moving to hands-free or reverse positions, training new ways to mount/dismount from poses, or combining poses in creative ways).
