Moved By The Moon - Summertime Rooftop Series

This summer we are excited to provide a truly magical experience to our community. A moon series like none other. Imagine the cicadas singing under the summer moon. A candle-lit rooftop 75-minute yoga and meditation class in the hutongs providing the ambiance for a soulful circle that is ripe for setting intentions and spending time in meditation. Sit in peace. Move with your breath and community under the silver moon. After class, we’ll enjoy a selection of drinks and desserts from Hotel Cote Cour with our yogi community.

The evening will be a combination of breath, movement and intention setting.
 
* All ages and yoga experience levels are welcome, no previous experience necessary.
* Wear clothes you are comfortable moving in.
* Bring a yoga mat, a blanket to get cozy in savasana, a notebook, and a pen.
