Hi all, we're looking for someone to takeover our wonderful apartment from March 3rd. It has 1 bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment was newly renovated before we moved in in June, 2018, and faces the sun with the most beautiful lighting during sunset. 

It's a quiet neighborhood with a 24 hour gym 5 minutes walk away. There is also a 24h convenient shop, huge supermarket and traditional supermarket near by, all within 10 minutes walk. We are also one 5 minute bike ride away from liudaokou station, tsinghua university, and around 15 minutes bikeride away from wudaokou station. 

This house would be perfect for one person our a couple. If you're interested  please message me!
