It’s in a perfect location. 10-15walk to Dongzhimen subway station, sanlitun or embassy area. Both local Chinese and imported goods grocery stores are around the conner. Tons of restaurants and convenient stores. 

On the 20F with great view, with an elevator. Not fancy or modern compound but well furnished and equipped. Small garage downstairs to park your bike. 

Ayi comes every week to clean. You don’t need to be super tidy but we all love a cozy and clean living  environment right ?:)

I have all basic facilities set up like bedding, kitchen stuff and WiFi etc. So it is very convenient for you to just move in.

I am working a normal daily job with a good amount of social life. Very friendly and well travelled. 

Both long term and short term will be considered. Utilities fees are not included in the price, which will be shared equally between two people.
