It's a 30-second walk (literally) from Subway. 5 min from Ahzhen (Global Trade Center), 10 min from Yonghegong Lama Temple/ Sanyuanqiao, 20 min from Sanlitun/ Houhai area. Very convenient to travel around the city. Neighborhoods are peaceful and quiet, with supermarkets nearby for foreign goods. 

Rent is 4400 (negotiable) per mo. No agency fee as I myself reached the landlord, who is a nice, Beijing lady who is helpful in many ways. It would be perfect if you are non-smoking and neat.
