We’re looking for a housemate to join our lovely spacious apartment near Sanlitun. There is 1 large bedroom available with a shared bathroom in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The neighborhood is great and walking distance to April Gourmet, Tailkooli, and other restaurants and bars. We’re about a 10-15min walk to Dongsishitiao subway station. 

Rent is 5500 a month, plus utilities, and we have an Ayi who comes every week. The available room has a king size bed and plenty of closet space. 

About us: Two young professionals in management. We’re pleasant, polite, clean, responsible, and fun. We also play sports and enjoy going out. Male and female housemates welcome. PM me for more details and pictures (attached pictures are from the rental company). 3 months rent plus 1 month deposit required to move in. Move in by 8/2018.
