This is my relative's house. It is near Beijing Normal University in Jimen Bridge on the North 3rd Ring Road and the family courtyard of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. There is no partition in the three rooms and one hall. There are peony gardens on the 10th line and Jishuitan on the 2nd line near the subway station.  I have lived for four years. I live in a master bedroom ( I do research and development of the unmanned daily routine that is friendly ), a small study room of 10m2 for storage, a large bedroom of 15m2 for rent, 4000RMB monthly rent, a pay-per-three or an interview, with windows facing south, complete household appliances and furniture, cooking and bathing, and an air-conditioned smart TV at home, making the environment comfortable.  I don't smoke if I want to rent to someone who loves cleanness and has a simple relationship. I hope the person who shares the rent is one person, loves hygiene, has no pets and is easy to get along with.One meter of sunshine is very warm.
