the room is about 25 square meters with a big bed. Ac and heating are equipped so you’ll feel comfortable. 3 closets and a table.

There is also a private balcony in the room with extra space and shelf. 

We have a nice and big kitchen as well, you don’t need to buy your own pans just borrow ours and promise me to clean after using them. The fridge and washing machine is shared. 

The living room is huge!!! 40 square meters with sofas we barely use. We do have weekly or biweekly house party so 25 people can sit in the living room and there is still plenty of room. 

The rent is 4300 per month. The contract has to be long term, can start from 5th August 2019 or Sept, Oct. you will sign with landlord directly. no agent fee. you have to pay three months rent and one month deposit.
