I am Jaime, a Spanish exchange student returning back to my country after a wonderful experience in Beijing! I want to sublet my wonderful and very, very spacious room (32 m2), from the 29th of December! The location could not be better in Wudaokou, 2 minutes away from Subway line 13 and U-Center. It's 10 minutes on bike from Tsinghua or Peking University with many bus lines connected to these universities (549, 307, 375...). Despite the short nature of the sublet (until the end of January), the rental can be extended by preferential agreement with our landlord (price can change, since it's a different season). For any problem, my agent is a wonderful person always available and committed to solve any problem! + NO AGENCY FEES!

The room in rental is a very spacious two-bed room (32 m2) with an inside balcony that includes AC and heater. The room does include two closets, a nightstand drawer, a clothesline, a desk and a desk-lamp. A chair and a stool are also provided. Due to the existence of the balcony, the room receives a pleasant amount of light that can be avoided if needed by a curtain. The beds can be joined if desired (as I did) or being separately left.
The apartment is very cosy, since it provides all the facilities with new devices like the Kitchen (picture attached) and the shower. 
The complex provides many facilities like groceries, gym or swimming pool with security guards controlling access and a Police Station inside the complex.
It is located in the heart of Wudaokou, two minutes walking away from the Subway Station, with several malls like U-Center or Lotus 200 meters away.
