互联网公司上班程序媛一枚， 我租了一套三室0厅的房子，位置离北外、北理、民大都很近，离魏公村大概15分钟走路。明年上半年有一个新地铁线在附近修好，300-400米的样子。有一个10平小次卧出租，从2019年1月8号可入住，租期三个月以上。欢迎爱干净友善的姑娘入住。
I am a new graduate working in an IT company. The apartment is located near Beijing Foreigner University and Beijing Institute of Technology, 15minutes walk to Weigongcun Subway Station. There are three bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom and 1 kitchen,  but no balcony and no drawing room.  Microwave oven and washing machine are provided. We usually do housekeeping in turn.  The room for rent is around 10m^2 and has a 1.5*2.0 bed + desk + a big closet + airconditioner.  There is another girl working in IT company living in another room. You can move in from Jan 8, 2019. 3 month or longer is expected. We hope to see a kind, clean girl with a good living habit. Thank you.
