ON JUNE 13th I’ll leave my room in Beijing near Liudaokou 六道口 metro station, close to Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU, 北京语言大学), Tsinghua 清华大学 and many other universities. 
•	This district (Haidian district 海淀区) gathers the highest percentage of the prestigious universities of Beijing 
•	The exact address is 海淀区学院路街道静淑苑, 2nd floor 
•	The neighborhood is very quiet and window faces the internal courtyard, lots of buses pass in the street nearby, making easy to reach the restaurants and the clubs of the well-known Wudaokou 五道口 area, just 2km away About the EXPENSES:
•	The rent is 3,700 RMB a month, plus an equivalent sum as a deposit.
•	Any other cost is EXCLUDED. 
•	My contract will last until September 2019 and can be renewed. The house includes two other rooms, a kitchen and a small bathroom with the washing machine.
