My name is Ting Ting, and I am seeking a housemate to share my newly renovated apartment. You will enjoy a peaceful and cozy environment, in the middle of Beijing city centre.

If you are neat and tidy person, who appreciates privacy, and work around Raffles Medical Centre, DRC, Sanlitun Embassy, British International School (Sanlitun) or around German International School at Liangma Qiao, the location of my apartment will be perfect for you.

For groceries, you will be have the options of Sanyuanli Market, Jinkelong and Jenny Lou (Sanlitun).

The public bus stop is just 20 meters from the apartment's entrance. 

Monthly payment: RMB 3800
Quarterly payment: RMB 3500

The rent is including heating, management fee and internet TV & fee. We will split the cost for gas, electricity and water. 

Kindly note that this a real home in the city and I do not appreciate party animals or extra visitors at night. 

The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, 3-door wardrobe, study table, night lamps (3), flat screen TV and a mattress.

We will share a small bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and refrigerator.
