I’m looking for a roommate In the beginning of November - the end  of October for a long term . 18 floor.  It’s been my house for more than 2,5 year . I want to find somebody good , friendly and neat . 🤗
This is a two bedroom - apartment in Baiziwan . 😍5 min to cbd and 15 to Sanlitun /Chaoyang Park . The free bedroom is the biggest one with a view to cbd and a long &big wardrobe . The apartment is cosy, warm and sunny ☀️. The utility fee doesn’t include into a price. Separately pay for hot water , cold water , gas and ayi. The pictures are worse than a reality . 😉
The apartment is well-furnished and equipped. The kitchen has everything necessary : burner ,fridge, oven , microwave . The living room is cozy and your room has two huge wardrobes . 👗 
Also there are many shelves for shoes and some other chests of drawers . 👠 
In addition , it has such a nice bathroom with a separated shower area from the toilet 🧜🏻‍♀️. It’s a nice place, that’s why I’m looking for a tidy and easy going person to live with . I don’t have any pets , I don’t smoke and work a lot.  ONLY GIRLS 📌📌📌
